or 4 Hours Per Person If costs exceed minimum charge allowance

$55-$65 + GST

Hourly rate varies depending on scope of works and tools required must be agreed upon before commencement of works

All the above prices include grinding of basic adhesives.

Prices do not include disposal

Additional charges may apply for any removals

*All relevant plumbing (water and gas) and electrical must be disconnected prior

to commencement of all demolition works, Economic Floor Preparations will not be held liable for any damages resulting from this not being done.
